Let’s face it: Teens are unique.
Being a teenager is challenging enough—middle school, high school, friends, dating—and throwing type 1 in the mix makes life even crazier.
Several Triad teens with type 1 have said they’d like to form a networking group of their very own. If you’re interested in being part of this group, please e-mail JDRF Development Manager Marlee Foster.
As soon as we get enough interest, we’ll start planning monthly activities for teens.
